Living in Burlington is great. Ben and Jerry’s, maple syrup, cheese… just kidding. Sure, Burlington has a few stereotypes that are true (organic food is pretty good) but what city in the world doesn’t? New York City residents really will call you an asshole if you get in their way, Seattle residents really enjoy their coffee, and Glens Falls residents really… well… they’ll get down at Sandy’s or something. The point is, I’m falling into a few of these Burlington traits but one that wasn’t suiting me was the shaggy hippie look.
BEFORE:
I headed over to GTO and let the fine ladies (emphasis on the fine) go at my head with a weed whacker. Take that Burlington stereotypes.

Nothing like morning coffee on the outdoor office porch. Nice views of the lake and the northern ADKs. Life is good.
